When we found out we were going to have our 3rd grandson, I made one afghan that Hubby took to Cali when he went. I just finished another one to mail to Wyatt and took a pic. Here it is:

What a beautiful blanket! It's such a sweet gift...I'm sure all your grandsons love those blankets!
Thanks for swinging by my blog today and leaving a few comments, it made my day!
I know how to crochet. Sadly though I can only do the first row. Making more than one row baffles me :-( Even a guy I was dating years ago could do it, but alas, not me.
That looks great. When my grandson was living in KY that was my favorite gift he got.
Thanks, maygan. And that you for dropping by.
Helene, you just need a good teacher. I wish you lived near my mom...she is a great crochet teacher.
Holy hell you are sexy and talented! Wanna date?
Well, SonyaAnn, I will have to ask Hubby. LOL!
Oh, I like you already! I can't crochet, but I knit! Didn't know if you saw a couple of my things in my left sidebar?
Anyway, thanks so much for stopping by! I love new friends.
Regarding your comment. Were you talking about Exedrin Migraine or just plain Exedrin? I can't take the migraine stuff. I don't know what it is about it but I used to have an ulcer and that med brings it back almost instantly. Yesterday and today have been much better! I think it's weather related and we had some rain the other night and the humidity is much lower. And I really up'd the caffeine yesterday!
Hi, Ace, thanks for stopping by. I could never pick up knitting for some reason, and really admire people that can knit. Actually, I admire anyone that does any crafty thing. So creative and talented, I think.
I only took regular Excedrin, since the migraine type is pretty new, but I think they are both about the same. If you have an ulcer, it may be the aspirin that bothers it. My mom gets migraine and has to use coated aspirin as regular causes her to have stomache troubles. I think she may have had ulcers too, at one time.
I am glad you are feeling better! I get weather related headaches, too. They are really bad when we have really high humidity. And wouldn't you know it, I live on the Texas coast. LOL! I keep Excedrin with me all the time.
Maybe talk to your dr about trying Imitrex. I have heard good things about it.
What a wonderful color! I can knit, but I'm slow at it and always seem to return to crocheting instead.
I'm laughing at SonyaAnn's comment, and I wanted to suggest to Ace that Imitrex and other triptan drugs work wonders for me (I use Zomig in particular) and that they may be worth talking to a doctor about.
Hi, Annie Jones! Thanks for stopping by! SonyaAnn and I stalk each other, so never be surprised at our comments. (Though we try to keep them clean.)
I fell in love with this yarn and had to have it for my grandbaby. Now I just have to get it in the mail to him.
Nice work! Can you make me some booties in a 13?
LOL! C.Louise!! I am not so good at booties...though my mom is!
