Except when ordered at PF Changs....theirs are NASTY!!!
But if you read my trip to Ohio posts this summer, you already know how I REALLY FEEL about that place/that dish!lolol

Another favorite is yellow or summer squash.
Man, I love me some squash....grilled, casseroled, roasted, shish kebabed, made into fritters, put into a meatloaf, scooped out and filled like stuffed green peppers, you name it, I'll eat it!lol

I like green beans too but I do them sauted in some olive oil(usually the italian flat green beans)with mushrooms or sauted in sesame oil and finished off with a teriyaki ginger sauce.
I also am one of the few people I have ever met who likes green bean casserole as a main dish. I could eat that instead of meat anyday.lol
