Lori, over at 3 Cherries and a Coke posted the most delicious sounding recipe for Cherry Enchiladas! I plan to make these soon! You must go NOW and check out this recipe. I am still drooling......Lori has a lot of delish recipes on her blog, but this one just makes me want to go home and cook.

I've made these with apple pie filling and they were great. I'm sure cherry will be awesome!

Hey Frances- This morning I made blueberry pancakes from scratch and after work I made blueberry muffins from scratch. I should've bought more blueberries :-) I can keep this going all winter

These sound really, really, really good...I'm thinking ice cream on top and instead of chocolate, I would use just a teeny bit of drizzled caramel....heaven!
