In the past, I have notified Kroger of some issue and I have heard back from a store manager, but not this time.Franceshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01817017829323955078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6379327498578817385.post-84538409332210693492013-03-14T20:53:10.748-05:002013-03-14T20:53:10.748-05:00I'm surprised. I was very shocked that they emailed and called me....Pity they don't see the importance in customers.
Huniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06598416151756233289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6379327498578817385.post-23296315019268455682013-03-09T18:22:37.683-06:002013-03-09T18:22:37.683-06:00Not even believable lip service! Not even believable lip service!Franceshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01817017829323955078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6379327498578817385.post-41559925475671024032013-03-08T13:08:18.411-06:002013-03-08T13:08:18.411-06:00What a bunch of stinkers! LOL!

As for Kroger, I don't even mind that some prices were higher as long as sale prices were competitive. Heck, we can afford to shop there even with their higher prices. I love low prices, but don't always switch stores just because of that. If I did, we would have been grocery shopping at Walmart for years. There is one that is just as close to us as the Kroger is. But I don't like Walmart on the weekends. Way to crowded for me. BUT, I do want to be treated as if I am a customer, not an inconvenience to the store. Don't get me started about JcPenneys!
And our Aldi just opened!!! And the good news is a couple of the other grocery stores in town have really stepped it up and are lowering prices to compete.
